Diameter Reduction for Wire
• By using 50 and 80 micron extreme thin wires, the wires will not break down.

Multiple Twisted Conductor
• By twisting 10 wires together first and twisting the three or seven bundles together, the wires will not break down.


If we used materials that do not slide smoothly, lines would not be twisted well and would break down. If the core was soft, lines would break down quickly because the bend would be focused partly. Therefore, Dyden uses ETFE and cross-linked polyethylene that are hard materials that slide smoothly for insulation.

Recommended Bending Radius (R)

Recommended bending radius by using core diameter
• We recommend over 33 times of the core diameter for our ETFE insulation cable after considering about insulation fatigue characteristics.

Recommended bending radius by using finishing cable diameter
• We recommend over 6 times of the finishing cable diameter to avoid a breaking down on sheath and a breaking down a line by core bend.

Therefore, our recommended bending radius is over 33 times of core diameter and over 6 times of finishing cable diameter.
